Bidsend (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a CRM and estimating tool operated by Net Roofing LLC in Arlington, Texas. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
What we collect
- Account info: name, email, phone number you provide when signing in.
- Customer data: the names, addresses, phone numbers, and emails of leads/customers you enter into Bidsend — this data belongs to you, and we hold it on your behalf.
- Usage data: standard server logs (IP, browser, pages visited) to keep the service running.
- Authentication: when you sign in with Google we receive your email address and basic profile (no Drive, no contacts, no calendar).
How we use it
- To run the application — storing your records, sending you SMS/email notifications about your customers, generating estimates and invoices.
- To improve reliability and security of the service.
- We do not sell your data, ever.
- We do not share customer data with third parties except service providers required to run the app (Supabase, Twilio, Resend, Vercel).
SMS communications
If you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages from us, we use that number solely to communicate with you about your service request — including estimate links, scheduling, payment confirmations, and follow-ups. Message frequency varies; typical volume is 2–3 messages per active project. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or get help by replying HELP.
No mobile information (including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The data is used only by the contractor you contacted (operating on Bidsend) and the service providers required to deliver the messages (Twilio for SMS transport).
Your rights
- You can export your data at any time (CSV exports available throughout the app).
- You can delete your account and all associated data on request — email us at megapaginas@gmail.com.
- You can revoke Google sign-in access at any time via your Google Account settings.
