By using Bidsend (operated by Net Roofing LLC, Arlington, Texas), you agree to these terms.
The service
Bidsend is a CRM and estimating tool for contractors — roofing, asphalt & striping, and other trades. We provide the software; you provide the customer data, the estimates, and the work.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to comply with US laws when contacting customers (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
- You are responsible for any SMS or email content sent through the platform.
Customer data
- The data you store in Bidsend belongs to you. We are a custodian, not the owner.
- You can export or delete it at any time.
- We will not sell, lease, or share your customer data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Bidsend to send spam, harass anyone, or violate phone-marketing rules.
- Don't reverse-engineer, scrape, or attack the service.
- Don't share access credentials with people outside your business.
SMS terms & conditions
Contractors on Bidsend (including Net Roofing LLC) send SMS messages to customers who have opted in via a web form. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages related to your service request — estimate requests and links, appointment scheduling and reminders, payment confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can receive full service without opting in to SMS.
- Message frequency varies — typically 2–3 messages per active project.
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
- Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a final confirmation and no further messages.
- Get help by replying HELP or calling (817) 523-9373.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- See our Privacy Policy for how phone numbers and opt-in data are handled. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Service availability
We aim for high uptime but the service is provided “as-is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service interruption or data loss. We do recommend exporting your data periodically.
Termination
You can stop using Bidsend at any time. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
